SEPTEM MICROBREWERY

Septem Microbrewery is located in Orologio Evia and was created in June 2009 by the Chemical-Enologist Sophocles Panayiotou and Economist brother George. Their vision was to create fresh, non-pasteurized beers that would emerge as the benchmarks of Greek craft beer.
Septem in Latin means seven, representing the number of creation and was also a key inspiration since each beer type bears the name of a different day.
Septem also produces Mary Rose, a premium red ale awarded with the Gold medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge and the Silver medal at the London International Beer Challenge

The cooperation between WS KAROULIAS and Septem began in February 2016.
