ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΕΙΟ NOVUS

Novus winery is the new project of Leonidas Nasiakos with its first harvest, that of 2022. It is located in the heart of the P.D.O. Mantineia Appellation, at an altitude of 650 m on the 3rd km of old National Road Tripolis – Argous, at a distance of 3 km from the city of Tripoli and only 800 meters from the entrance junction from the highway, ensuring easy access to it.

The new venture of Chemist-Oenologist Leonidas Nassiakos, comes after several years of activity, experience and knowledge around the vineyards of Mantineia, Nemea and Mountainous Aegialia, enriched with the tradition of three generations in wine production, in a highly-equipped, modern and innovative winery.

The Nassiakos family has given special emphasis since 1970 on the revival and promotion of Moschofilero and Mantineia Appellation and we continue in exactly the same way with this new project.

Our vision is the utilization and promotion of native varieties, through single-varietal labels and unique blends. We develop our estate owned vineyards step by step with sustainability in mind, while at the same time we stand by our partner vinegrowers, further strengthening our already long-lasting relations with them.

Our goal is to create high quality wines – always with P.D.O. Mantineia Moschofilero in the foreground – expressing each variety and its origin, completely controlling the production process in all its stages, from the vine to the bottle, with the commitment to make effort every day to satisfy the requirements of every wine lover, with absolute respect.

From April 2024 onwards, Novus winery will be open to wine lovers, offering them new wine adventures.
