SPI Group, founded in 1997 by Yuri Shefler, is headquartered in Luxembourg. We operate in over 170 markets and are one of the world’s most dynamic wines and spirits organizations active in the production, sale and distribution of more than 380 brands – such as the iconic Stolichnaya® Premium vodka range, elit™ by Stolichnaya® and Moskovskaya®.
The group also operates a network of 70 alcohol retail shops, develops large-scale real estate projects and farms ca.5,600 hectares of agricultural land.
SPI Group has been a strong acquirer and integrator of spirits and wine companies, having completed 15 acquisitions of producers, importers, distributors and retailers of beverages. Our core company is Stoli Group – www.stoli-group.com – one of the world’s leading premium international spirits businesses, led by the original international premium vodka, Stolichnaya.
Our mission is to build a respected portfolio of select premium drinks brands. Today we achieve this by controlling and perfecting every stage of our process, from the farming of ingredients through to the distribution of our brands.
